Purpose
Suitable for HDMI, DisplayPort, IEEE1394, DVI, VGA, ATA, CAT-5E, CAT-6 Single-layer, double-layer (F/S), and triple-layer (S/F/S) co-extrusion of high-frequency data communication cable core wires.
Main equipment composition
Pay-off stand, straightener, copper wire preheater, extrusion host and auxiliary machine, electric control box, front constant temperature movable water tank, rear single-layer fixed water tank, wire storage rack, tractor, outer diameter measuring and control instrument, eccentricity measuring and control instrument, underwater capacitance tester, bump tester, spark machine and other measuring and control systems, take-up machine, etc. The actual equipment configuration needs to be configured according to the actual production cable type and production standard requirements.
