1. Purpose of the production line
Used for the production of soft optical cables, drop cables, ribbon cables, and indoor and outdoor optical cables with 12 cores or less. Applicable materials are modified PVC and low-smoke halogen-free.
2. Main parameters of the production line
2.1 Tight-buffered fiber diameter Φ0.6mm- Φ0.9mm;
2.2 Soft optical cable diameter Φ1.8～Φ7.2mm
2.3 Production line speed ≤150m/min (4 cores, PVC material)
2.5 Tight-buffered fiber pay-off tension 1N～3N (adjustable)
