Purpose
Suitable for the extrusion of Teflon ultra-fine insulated core wires, Teflon high-frequency data core wires, coaxial core wires, and ultra-fine low-smoke halogen-free electronic wires.
Equipment features:
Ultra-fine coaxial cables, halogen-free electronic wires, and ultra-fine high-temperature electronic wires require precision, compactness, and durability. They can withstand bending and twisting, have low attenuation and good shielding, are resistant to high temperatures, comply with RoHS directives, and are halogen-free. They are widely used in notebook computers, LCD monitors, portable electronic devices, etc. For this reason, Hongli Electrical Machinery has specially developed and manufactured the following series of ultra-fine wire/micro-coaxial cable extrusion machines according to market needs:
●High production precision: The production line is precision-designed from pay-off to take-up to ensure continuous and smooth extrusion of the core wire.
●Accurate temperature control: SCR thyristor is used with imported high-quality temperature control instrument and cast copper heater, and the body temperature is controlled at about ±1℃.
●High quality: The concentricity of the extruded wire is 93%-97%, and the outer diameter tolerance is: ±0.005mm.
●The machine has a high degree of intelligent operation.
●The entire production line is efficient and energy-saving.
Different price products can be customized according to customer needs, equipped with Japanese vacuuming machine, imported high-quality screw and barrel, Swiss machine head, Swiss diameter measuring instrument, Japanese bump detector, belt clip type/double wheel traction, SCR precision controllable silicon, PLC, Touch -screen and servo electric appliances and other precision electric appliances and control systems.
