Purpose:
Suitable for production UL2468,2651,2678 and other computer flat ribbon cables.
Technical features:
The machine head adopts a non-adjustable self-centering head, equipped with a special wire pay-off rack. By introducing advanced foreign technology and combining years of manufacturing experience, the wire extrusion speed is increased after improvement, and the problems of uneven thickness, poor adhesion, uneven tension, and copper wire shrinkage after cutting are solved. The number of broken wires and the scrap rate are significantly reduced, making it the preferred equipment for ribbon cable manufacturers. It can be equipped with an outer diameter measuring instrument to monitor the width of the wire.
